Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground as our default shipping method. However, we understand that you might need your items quicker or prefer a different FedEx shipping method. In such cases, we do offer other FedEx services, including FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight. Please note, these services come with additional costs and will be reflected in the shipping charges.
Shipping Charges
Our customers are responsible for all shipping costs. These charges are calculated based on the shipping method, weight of the package, and destination, and will be added to your order total before dispatch.
Scheduled Pickups and Customer-Supplied Shipping Labels
At Vatican Homes, we value your convenience and flexibility. Therefore, we also offer you the option to schedule your own pickup. You can send us your preferred shipping labels and we’ll ensure that your package is ready for pickup as per your instructions.
Shipping Timeframes
Upon successful order placement, we strive to ship your products as swiftly as possible. The standard shipping time for FedEx Ground can be between 1-5 business days within the continental U.S. and 3-7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii. However, please bear in mind that shipping times can vary based on the destination and the selected FedEx service.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on FedEx’s website to track your package and get estimated delivery dates.
Please note that Vatican Homes cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays once the package is out of our hands and with FedEx.
